Step into the quiet calm of the salt room and take part in a guided meditation unlike any other. Celestial Meditation: Soul Journeys is led by Eli Seabourne, a certified Reiki Master and Energy Healer who uses modern Egyptian techniques designed to support emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.

This small group session begins with a personal moment of reflection using Oracle cards. You’ll be invited to set an intention and place a wish into the lamp before gently entering a state of deep, mindful rest. As the session unfolds, Eli guides you through sound, light, salt therapy, touch, and multidimensional healing techniques that help release tension and bring you back to your centre.

The session is gentle, nurturing, and open to everyone. You don’t need any experience. Just bring a willingness to pause, receive, and breathe.
