Service Description

This is your space to get warm, get cold, and come back into balance. You'll have private access to the Fire & Ice suite for 45 minutes of contrast therapy, followed by 15 minutes to shower and change. Start in the infrared sauna to gently heat the body and remove built-up toxins, then drop into the icy plunge pool to activate your circulation and build resilience. The contrast of hot and cold can help reduce inflammation, boost immunity, and leave you feeling truly refreshed. You’re welcome to bring up to two friends at no extra charge. The room is entirely yours for the duration of your booking. Our Fire & Ice Session is a private-use sauna suitable for 2-3 adults. If you're coming alone use code SOLOSAUNA for £15 off. Please bring your own towels.

Cancellation Policy

Edinburgh Salt Rooms – Booking Policy & Health & Safety Waiver Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, or by phone. Payment for all bookings at time of booking, are in full to secure your session. Or by using any valid packages or vouchers. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a fee. Monthly passes and package purchases are non-refundable and must be used within the stated time frame, (12 months expiry). Session Timing Sessions are scheduled at set times; please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund. Health & Safety Waiver Acknowledgment of Risks Be cautious of slippery surfaces around sauna and plunge areas. Edinburgh salt room staff are available for guidance and emergencies at all times. By using the Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge, guests acknowledge these guidelines and participate at their own risk. Edinburgh salt rooms are not liable for any adverse health reactions.

Friendly Staff full of facts about the benefits of the salt rooms ( very interesting ), I suffer eczema and have only had one session which I found completely relaxing . I feel my face had a healthy glow the day after my session . I was given a voucher after my first visit for 3 sessions so will be booking this week .
