This two-part bundle brings together two of our most restorative therapies in one visit. You'll start with a 45-minute PEMF session in the darkened salt booth, where pulsed electromagnetic fields help your body rest and reset at a cellular level. The space is fully private and softly lit. It includes both a zero-gravity massage chair and a heated electromagnetic recliner mat, so you can settle in whichever way feels best. Afterward, you'll move into the Fire & Ice suite for 45 minutes of private contrast therapy using the infrared sauna and ice-cold plunge pool, where you'll reduce inflammation, remove built-up toxins, and boost your circulation. You’ll also have 15 minutes to shower and change before you leave. This bundle supports energy, breath, recovery, and resilience all in one session. Cancellation Policy

Edinburgh Salt Rooms – Booking Policy & Health & Safety Waiver Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, or by phone. Payment for all bookings at time of booking, are in full to secure your session. Or by using any valid packages or vouchers. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a fee. Monthly passes and package purchases are non-refundable and must be used within the stated time frame, (12 months expiry). Session Timing Sessions are scheduled at set times; please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund. Health & Safety Waiver Acknowledgment of Risks Salt therapy is generally safe, but customers should consult a doctor if they have underlying health conditions. Those with respiratory infections, fever, or contagious illnesses should not attend. Facility Rules Customers must follow all staff instructions and adhere to hygiene guidelines. No food, drinks, jackets or bags inside the therapy rooms. Liability Release By booking, customers acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. Edinburgh Salt Rooms is not liable for any personal health reactions resulting from the session.

Friendly Staff full of facts about the benefits of the salt rooms ( very interesting ), I suffer eczema and have only had one session which I found completely relaxing . I feel my face had a healthy glow the day after my session . I was given a voucher after my first visit for 3 sessions so will be booking this week .
