Service Description

This shared session takes place in our smaller salt room in a softly lit, enclosed space that feels peaceful and gently held. It’s ideal if you prefer a more private atmosphere but don’t need exclusive use. The air is infused with pharmaceutical-grade dry salt to help clear your lungs, support your skin, and settle your nervous system. The cave-like feel of the space invites you to rest deeply. You’ll be joined by a small number of others, each here to simply breathe and be. It’s a quiet moment in the middle of your day. No expectations. No performance. Just a steady return to calm. Please note this room accommodates children from 8 years old. If you prefer an adult-only space, please book a 30 or 60-minute session in the main salt room.

Cancellation Policy

Edinburgh Salt Rooms – Booking Policy & Health & Safety Waiver Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, or by phone. Payment for all bookings at time of booking, are in full to secure your session. Or by using any valid packages or vouchers. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a fee. Monthly passes and package purchases are non-refundable and must be used within the stated time frame, (12 months expiry). Session Timing Sessions are scheduled at set times; please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund. Health & Safety Waiver Acknowledgment of Risks Salt therapy is generally safe, but customers should consult a doctor if they have underlying health conditions. Those with respiratory infections, fever, or contagious illnesses should not attend. Facility Rules Customers must follow all staff instructions and adhere to hygiene guidelines. No food, drinks, jackets or bags inside the therapy rooms. Liability Release By booking, customers acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. Edinburgh Salt Rooms is not liable for any personal health reactions resulting from the session.

Friendly Staff full of facts about the benefits of the salt rooms ( very interesting ), I suffer eczema and have only had one session which I found completely relaxing . I feel my face had a healthy glow the day after my session . I was given a voucher after my first visit for 3 sessions so will be booking this week .
I loved the experience and recommend that anyone thinking of trying it should . I went on my own and was made most welcome.
